At The Freckled Honey Bee, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because many of our products are personal-care, handmade, botanical, or seasonal in nature, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Bath & Body Products
For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, all Bath & Body products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Bar soaps and facial bars
- Body scrubs
- Lotions and lotion bars
- Body sprays
- Hair and scalp products
- Skincare products
- Other personal-care products
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, and fragrance information before purchasing.
From the Garden Products
Due to the natural, botanical, and sometimes seasonal nature of these products, all items in our From the Garden collection are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This includes items such as dried lavender, lavender sachets, dried herbs, botanicals, and other garden-grown or naturally sourced products.
Natural products may vary slightly in color, size, texture, fragrance, and appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Other Merchandise
For eligible products outside of our Bath & Body and From the Garden collections, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact The Freckled Honey Bee within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
The final-sale restrictions above do not limit remedies that may be required by applicable law for damaged, defective, misrepresented, or incorrectly supplied products.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or differ from the approved order specifications.
Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, and personalization information before submitting your order. The Freckled Honey Bee is not responsible for errors in personalization information provided by the customer.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, production, personalization, or shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by The Freckled Honey Bee or as otherwise required by law.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Freckled Honey Bee is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us so we can assist you with determining the appropriate next steps with the carrier.
